About Paradigm Strategies

We are Paradigm Strategies, one of the United States' leading business consulting firms to the construction, automotive and motorcycle industries.

Paradigm Strategies was started in 2001 by founder and president, Kevin Lister, a leader in the field of business performance improvement. Kevin began his career in the construction industry and accumulated 14 years experience, working at family businesses and operating one of his own. Lister combines his own experience in construction with his business management skills to help small to mid-size companies experience dramatic growth. As he says, "I've been in their shoes."

Initially, Paradigm Strategies' focused on working with the construction trades exclusively. In 2004, Paradigm Strategies began offering its business consulting services to the automotive trades as well. This was a natural fit for Kevin, having gained a deep understanding of the automotive trades after years of observing and helping his close friends and in-laws with their automotive businesses.
