Growth Planning Post COVID-19 Shutdown

With the opening of the U.S. economy the month in most states (due to the Coronavirus), now is a great time for small- to mid-sized business owners to begin drafting their business recovery strategy following the post COVID-19 business shutdown.  Quite honestly, your strategy does not have to be long and detailed.  Since time is of the essence, a simple two-page document will suffice as long as it covers the following areas: SWOT analysis, defining your vision, establishing key objectives, crafting business strategies, constructing business tactics, creating KPIs and a flash report, implementation, and lastly, monitoring, evaluating and adjusting your plan as needed.

My upcoming blogs will cover each of these areas in more depth so that once this series is complete you will have all the tools that you need to create, and implement, your post shutdown business recovery strategy.  As well, I will be hosting a 1.5 hour webinar about this subject, The 7 Steps to Business Growth Post COVID-19, on June 18, 2020.  You can register for this event here.

Lastly, if you have a business question or issues you would like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to me via our Contact page here on our website, www.ParadigmStrategies.com.
